Day 4 Of The Start/Grow Your Business Sprint.
Picking up from yesterday's email, Many of you replied with very inspiring remarks, and I'm trully, trully trully gratefull to you for that, because sincerely, in the first place, it's your involvement that makes The DailyFounder What it is today, Thanks once again.
I appreciate.
Now, to those who sent unforgiving comments, I ask for yor forgiveness, maybe this place isn't for you, or maybe “you” isn’t for this place, so consider unsubscribing.
Of course, they are people who get tons of value from this email, and I'm happy to be the one providing that value, so maybe be later, when you've decided to see things in the true light, as plain and direct and direct as not even myself, but how the bigger business guys do so, then we can talk again.
And yeah, on the guesses some got close, and some were a quantum leap away from the reason, however, when I'm done reading all ‘em emails, (probably tomorrow) we'll talk more about that.
A Full stop on all the matters of yesterday.
Now unto the main topic of the day titled "The Ends Meet. . . look from behind, inside out"
No one is 1,000 times smarter than you are.
In fact (from the table of Cybernetics Experts:) The only way in which more successful people differ from us is that they have a better philosophical strategy; they approach life (and business!) in a totally different way from how others do it.
Think of it, this is logical, right? You can't do the same thing and expect different results, the same way you can't do stupid things and expect good results.
This strategy; "The Ends Meet. . . look from behind, inside out", you may, or have not heard of it, but it's the key that keeps us far from the big numbers in business.
Let me explain a little deeper to help you understand this.
Remember the analogy I gave in Yesterday's email? (about the book?).
if you look closely, the real reason for this person, to walk into your store (if you own one) to buy a book is not too:
> is not that they want to buy the book.
> Not that he even loves books.
> Not that he wants to know all the things in the world.
It is simply that he wants to fulfill a core desire that he will never tell you about. Period.
And to even lay emphasis, "He will never tell you about" is not an exaggeration, but entirely true, because that's what makes it core.
He may be looking to lose weight through knowledge from the books, pass exams with good grades, get better at talking to ladies (picking up chicks), etc, but this all leads to one thing, the CORE desire.
If you want an edge, this is where a good amount of your business efforts should be focused on; Finding that core desire.
Because if you've found that, you've pinned him down, and no other force (at least on earth) who doesn't use this technique will be able to take that prospect away from you.
Sir Gary of Helbert, the legendary copywriter and marketer uses a story to interpret this strategy more clearly:
A fine stunning lady, dressed in red, with a gown above the knees. . . barely skinny, was standing in a bar with champagne in her hand.
She's got the eyes of every guy in there, and all of them wanted a taste of her body. They approached her in batches, trying to flirt with her, but they all got rejected.
They said things like, "I run a company and we got 50 employees", "I'm big and strong, I'll change your life for good", “I’ve got millions, come with me“etc etc, but she still ditched them all.
But there’s this guy, out of nowhere, who walked up to her, whispers some words in her ear, and immediately ..like a child who just got a gift.. she jumps in excitement, and walks off with this fellow.
what suddenly caused this beauty demi-goddess, who refused everyone to follow this guy?
. . .he obviously was not; better, taller, smarter, richer, bigger, (or any other word that has to do with "er") than the other men that had previously approached her, so what actually made her follow him?
Well, that lady was a cocaine addict.
The guy who she walked away with, whispered "Hey, I’ve got cocaine, come lets go get high", and that was the core desire that she would never, ever, have told anyone of those guys.
So you see how powerful this strategy is with picking up women?. . . talk less of applying it in business.
In conclusion, all I've said here is that whatever you're selling (product or service) in your business, there's a core desire that your prospects want to satisfy when he does business with you.
Your goal is to find that desire and make it the center of all your marketing.
Not only will this set you apart from the competition, but it will give you an edge to “exploit” that market in ways you never even deemed possible, so to say; you'll satisfy people beyond expectation.
In conclusion, find the core desire your ideal prospects have that your business, satisfies, and sell that fact to them. . . that's the way you and I will win this business thing.
close.
That's all for today! Hope I impacted? If i did, just email me telling me I did so, It'll give me the energy balls I need to serve you with even more extremely valuable stuff.
P.S. There's necessarily no catch for tomorrow. I'll do less talking, and more giving.
Also, there would be some tiny little tasks that'll help you get grounded, and let you hit the ground running on your business journey.
Tomorrow, I’ll be sharing the link to the docs I promised to grant access to earlier.
P.P.S. Thank you, once again for your time and commitment to this newsletter, you're part of a big process, and I'm happy to be on this journey with no other person than you, once again thank you, thank you thank you.
Joshua; A friend, and a Businessman.
