Today's briefing is ridiculously longer than usual, because the topic covered today we believe is of great importance to you. Read Time: 5 minutes ⏱️ Here's what you'll find inside:

1️⃣ A 3-step plan tested and trusted by entrepreneur millionaires to work in solving most of the problems that come with employees.

Topic Of The Day.

Who doesn't have problems with employees?

Like I mean the countless calls at night, the hundreds of emails you'll receive–for an obviously very minor problem—the hundreds of complain you'll get. Uh… the list just goes on and on.

If you're not experiencing this now, sooner or later, you will have to start dealing with problems, especially from your employees.

“So how do you deal with this bugaboo?, how can you conquer this problem, if not entirely but to a reasonable extent?”

Well, this is a 3-step plan tested and trusted by Regnade millionaires to work in solving most of the problems that comes with employees.

COMPLAINTS.

Complaints always come up all the time, in fact… this is the most rampant and redundant.

But the truth is most of the time, complaints that will be brought to your table are problems that can be easily solved by your employees without extra supervision. (quick fact: humans are lazy, they'll do anything and everything in their power to push work off them.)

One way you can eradicate this is by employing what I call the complaint form ; it's simple, anyone that wants to complain should fill a form of three spaces:

1.Their name 2.The complaint 3. The best guess or approach that they think would help solve the problem.

This approach works in marvellous ways. One is that it'll greatly reduce the number of useless and minor complaints landing on your table, and two is that it'll train these lazy folks—your employees—to be great problem solvers.

But humans can be funny at times, they could drop one or two words on those spaces and submit the form to you. Those kinds of forms… Don't accept it, set a limit as to how short the contents should be.

This is just the beginning, read on, let me show you other approaches.

Gamification

You can't get the best out of someone if he is not challenged.

Think of it, if a bomb explodes next to where you're fitted right now, how fast would you run? Faster than on a normal day right?

That's the power of challenges. This is the same scenario I want you to replicate—and No, not the bomb!—challenges.

There should leaderboards, employees of the week or the month should be placed as No.1 then the rest should follow subsequently.

This approach will challenge all of your employees to be the best version of themselves, ultimately making them work for you better.

Reward Good With Excellence.

We love attention. Everybody loves attention. So we as entrepreneurs can leverage this for our own good.

Who is the best among your employees?… Call him, talk to him or her, give him attention, ultimately make him teach other of your employees the way he does his work.

I can seem to stress how important this approach is, one key thing to note is that it makes you not vulnerable to 1, that is, you will always have a replacement. So if tomorrow Joe(the best guy) says he is retiring, you'll have a solid replacement for him.

It's not magic. This approach we laid out for you is not magic, it's been guaranteed to work, but you need also put in the work.

I know “work” sounds hard, but your competition won't do it. So you have the upper hand.

That's all for today, see you on Wednesday.
